The Balsam Mountain Inn is getting a new start. Marzena Wyszynska purchased the magical place in December. Renovations started to give the building some much needed TLC. The floors have been refreshed. Walls have been re-painted. Plumbing has been updated. All renovations have been done with our guests in mind to increase their enjoyment and comfort at the Balsam Mountain Inn. Marzena has a passion for hospitality and giving her guests only the best.
Chef CJ Reum has returned to the restaurant at the Balsam Mountain Inn after completing his degree and has been given the opportunity to create an updated menu. Chef CJ calls his menu Contemporary Classical cuisine.
“I have a passion for all things food. I enjoy cooking for others at any given time. It puts a smile on my face to see others enjoying my cuisine. I love to cook what I can, when I can. From steaks, to seafood, to special desserts, I take pride in what I put on the plate. In the spring and summer, I’m all about the grill. When it comes to fall and winter seasons, I like to cook heartier meals. I hope you can join us on an evening to enjoy the delights I am working hard on to put together.”-Chef CJ Reum
The Balsam Mountain Inn restaurant will start dinner service on March 1st at 5:30 pm and begin breakfast service on March 2nd at 8:00 am. Reservations are always appreciated by phone or Opentable.com.
Limited rooms will be available to reserve starting on March 1st. The Balsam Mountain Inn is starting a soft opening for the business to get locals and guests excited for a grand opening that is in the works for May.
